The Coaching Lounge workshops are aimed at self-employed, company leaders, managers, and project leaders.
The objectives of a Coaching Lounge are:
- Take a moment to step back from your everyday life
- Take advantage of the other participants' experiences as well as the strategies they have already implemented
- Orient yourself towards solutions instead of staying focused on problems
- Learn tools and ways to quickly improve your daily activities
- Save time by becoming more efficient
- Extend your network of contacts

A Coaching Lounge takes place in three steps:
- The participants share their current ways of doing as well as related advantages and disadvantages.
- The audience, divided in smaller groups in case appropriate, explores alternatives through case studies or exercises.)
- The coach summarizes all proposed alternatives. Based on his experience, he defines with the participants one or several new ways of doing that can quickly be put into practice.
